We are keen to hear your views. Comments received will be used to inform the development proposals for the site. Comments should be submitted no later than Friday, 11th September 2026.

Q1 Having reviewed the updated proposals, do you support the overall masterplan for the Cramond Campus site?
Q2 Following feedback from the first consultation, a number of changes have been made to the masterplan. To what extent do you feel the updated proposals respond to the issues raised?

Q3 Do you support the proposed mix of uses shown within the updated masterplan?
Multi-use sports pitch
Covered padel and pickle courts
Sports pavilion with changing and café facilities
Gym provision (subject to operator)
Landscaped open space area including play area

Residential Accommodation
Care Home
Local retail provision/supermarket
Potential for other small scale commercial uses to be incorporated into above e.g. physio clinic/health facilities, small work space, veterinary surgery

Q4 The proposal aims to improve permeability into and through the site to support active travel (i.e. non- vehicular modes such as walking, wheeling and cycling). Do you support the proposed (non-vehicular) routes/connections shown:
1. A new route into the south west corner of the site at Cramond Road North to provide an alternative to the current narrow pavement along Cramond Road North.
2. The use of the existing connection into Brighouse Park Court (at the north west of the site)
3. Two connections into the open space at the east of the site connecting into existing informal paths to Silverknowes/Davidson’s Mains and the foreshore.
4. Removal of the proposed connection into Brighouse Park (at north east of the site) from the last PAC event, subject to support from planners.
